Primal movements is one of my favored forms of exercises to practice and to teach. It may feel like learning to walk again for the first time but trust me once you surrender to your mammalian state of mind you’ll find your self moving , feeling and living in a more grounded and connected manner. Most important of all, have fun and feel the comforting of earth beneath you as your hands connect with her.
